Please use our correct legal name when assisting a client in making a gift through his or her will, living trust, or other estate plan.

A sample provision might read as follows

"I bequeath (here state the specific dollar amount, percentage, residue, or description of real or personal property) to [Insert our legal chapter name here], to be used or disposed of as The ALSA Chapter in its sole discretion deems appropriate."

Include our chapter's federal identification number.
